1. License & Usage
Each DevPSOFT product must be used according to the purchased license plan. A valid license is required for activation, API access, updates, support, dashboard, and hosted services.
- Single-site license is valid for one website/domain only.
- Multi-site or developer license is valid only for the allowed number of websites/domains.
- License sharing, resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized transfer is strictly prohibited.
2. Commercial Services & Protected Assets
DevPSOFT API, license system, update server, support, dashboard, documentation, screenshots, website content, marketing materials, brand name, logo, product identity, commercial workflow, hosted services, and service infrastructure are protected assets.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, clone, rebrand, misuse, or connect these protected assets to unauthorized products without written permission from DevPSOFT.
3. Rebranding, UI Changes & Clone Restrictions
Changing only the UI, design, color, label, layout, menu, wording, branding, or presentation of a DevPSOFT product does not make it a new, original, or independent product.
You are strictly prohibited from selling a copied, UI-modified, rebranded, cloned, or misleading version as your own product.
GPL-covered code, where applicable, does not grant permission to use DevPSOFT API, license system, update access, support system, documentation, screenshots, brand identity, hosted services, or commercial workflow.

5. License Verification & API Access
DevPSOFT products may communicate with DevPSOFT servers for license verification, domain authorization, plugin version checking, API access, update access, hosted service eligibility, and abuse prevention.
We may verify license key, order email, product code, plugin slug/version, site URL, home URL, normalized domain, IP address, API usage, update requests, and activation history.
6. Updates & Support
Updates and support are provided only according to the purchased license plan. DevPSOFT may refuse, limit, or terminate support for abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unauthorized, expired, suspended, shared, nulled, cracked, or rebranded usage.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Refunds may be refused if the product has been downloaded, activated, copied, modified, used, abused, shared, resold, or if the issue is caused by third-party services, hosting/server problems, Meta account restrictions, customer-side misconfiguration, or refusal to follow support instructions.

9. No Guarantee of Results
DevPSOFT does not guarantee sales, ROAS, campaign performance, ad account approval, Meta account stability, tracking acceptance, courier delivery success, fraud detection accuracy, business revenue, or profit.
