DevPSOFT Pixel & CAPI for WooCommerce plugin - License Terms

Effective from first public release: 21 March 2026

1. License Model

DevPSOFT Pixel & CAPI for WooCommerce Pro uses a split licensing model.

The WordPress/WooCommerce plugin PHP code is licensed under GPLv2 or later where applicable.

However, DevPSOFT API, license verification system, update server, support access, dashboard, documentation, brand name, logo, screenshots, website content, marketing materials, hosted services, premium cloud features, commercial workflow, service infrastructure, and product identity are protected under DevPSOFT Commercial Service Terms.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, connecting, or using this product or its commercial services, you agree to these License Terms.

2. Commercial Services & Protected Assets

The following items are provided only to authorized customers with a valid license and are not included in GPL redistribution rights:

  • DevPSOFT API access
  • License verification service
  • Auto update server access
  • Premium dashboard and hosted services
  • Cloud processing and premium cloud features
  • Event quality checking and commercial workflow
  • Courier verification and risk scoring services
  • Support access and private customer assistance
  • Documentation, screenshots, website content, and marketing materials
  • Brand name, logo, product identity, and service infrastructure

These items may not be copied, resold, shared, redistributed, cloned, rebranded, connected to unauthorized products, or misused without written permission from DevPSOFT.

3. Rebranding, UI Changes & Clone Restrictions

Changing only the UI, design, color, label, layout, menu, wording, branding, or presentation does not grant permission to resell, rebrand, clone, redistribute, or market this product or its commercial services as a new, original, or independent product.

No trademark, brand, service, API, update, support, dashboard, screenshot, documentation, marketing, or commercial workflow license is granted unless DevPSOFT gives written permission.

Any copied, modified, UI-changed, nulled, rebranded, or misleading version that uses DevPSOFT commercial services, product concept, documentation, screenshots, API access, update access, hosted features, brand identity, or protected business materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Forking or modifying GPL-covered PHP code does not authorize false ownership claims, false origin claims, misleading marketplace listings, copied product positioning, copied admin presentation, copied sales material, or unauthorized connection to DevPSOFT commercial services.

4. Strictly Prohibited

Without written permission from DevPSOFT, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing, selling, leasing, sublicensing, or transferring license keys
  • Reselling DevPSOFT API, update, support, dashboard, or hosted service access
  • Using DevPSOFT hosted services inside a copied, rebranded, nulled, or misleading product
  • Bypassing, removing, disabling, or attempting to bypass license verification
  • Creating, distributing, promoting, or using nulled/cracked versions
  • Rebranding this product or protected commercial workflow as your own
  • Selling a copied, UI-modified, or misleading version as an official/original product
  • Copying documentation, screenshots, website content, marketing copy, or product positioning
  • Removing, hiding, or replacing origin, licensing, service, update, or attribution notices to mislead customers
  • Advertising a clone, rebrand, fork, or UI-modified version as an independent original product
  • Using DevPSOFT name, logo, screenshots, or product identity in a misleading way
  • Using one license on more websites/domains than allowed by the purchased plan

5. Enforcement

If unauthorized resale, rebranding, license sharing, API abuse, update access abuse, nulled distribution, misleading marketing, brand misuse, or prohibited activity is detected, DevPSOFT may take immediate action, including:

  • License suspension or deactivation
  • API access blocking
  • Domain/IP blocking
  • Update and support access termination
  • Marketplace takedown reports
  • Hosting abuse reports
  • Copyright, brand misuse, impersonation, or misleading marketing complaints
  • Legal action where applicable

DevPSOFT reserves the right to protect its software, API, brand, hosted services, customers, and business from abuse.

6. Verification, Evidence & Abuse Review

DevPSOFT may review license activation records, authorized domains, update requests, API usage, support access, and service access patterns to detect license abuse, API abuse, misleading resale, unauthorized rebranding, or use of commercial services inside copied products.

Where abuse is suspected, DevPSOFT may preserve technical records, screenshots, marketplace pages, distribution files, domain evidence, API request evidence, and customer reports for enforcement, takedown, hosting abuse, marketplace abuse, brand misuse, or legal complaints.

This review is limited to protecting licenses, hosted services, update access, API access, support access, brand identity, customers, and business infrastructure.

7. Usage, Updates & Support

Each license is valid only for the number of websites/domains included in the purchased plan.

A valid license is required for activation, API access, premium features, updates, support, and hosted services.

Updates and support are provided only to active license holders and may be limited or terminated for abuse, misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these terms.

8. No Guarantee of Results

This product is designed to improve WooCommerce Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking, event delivery, deduplication, retries, event logs, and related workflows.

DevPSOFT does not guarantee sales, ROAS, ad account approval, campaign performance, tracking acceptance by third-party platforms, or business results.

9. Third-Party Services

This product may connect with WordPress, WooCommerce, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API, courier providers, fraud/history verification providers, and other third-party services.

DevPSOFT is not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, policy changes, account restrictions, data accuracy, or service limitations.

10. Ownership

DevPSOFT retains all rights to its brand assets, documentation, commercial services, hosted infrastructure, API systems, update systems, support systems, premium dashboard, service workflow, and business identity.

GPL-covered plugin PHP code remains subject to GPLv2 or later where applicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

DevPSOFT reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or revise these License Terms at any time to protect its software, commercial services, hosted infrastructure, API systems, update access, support access, brand identity, customers, and business.

Updated terms may apply to continued access to DevPSOFT commercial services, API access, license verification, update server access, support, dashboard, hosted features, and other protected services after publication.
