Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from DevPSOFT. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be approved for our digital products, plugins, licenses, API services, updates, dashboard access, and support services.

1. Digital Product Notice

DevPSOFT products are digital software products. Once a product is downloaded, activated, installed, copied, accessed, or used, it may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a valid technical issue that DevPSOFT cannot resolve.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The product has a confirmed technical issue
  • The issue is caused by DevPSOFT product code
  • The customer provides required access, logs, screenshots, or error details
  • The customer follows documentation and troubleshooting instructions
  • DevPSOFT is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The product has been downloaded, activated, installed, copied, modified, or used
  • The customer changed their mind after purchase
  • The customer purchased the wrong product or plan
  • The issue is caused by hosting/server configuration
  • The issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, APIs, Meta, WooCommerce, courier providers, or payment gateways
  • The customer refuses to provide access, logs, screenshots, or cooperate with support
  • The customer does not follow documentation or setup instructions
  • The license is shared, abused, resold, nulled, cracked, rebranded, or used on unauthorized domains
  • The customer attempts to copy, clone, rebrand, or resell the product
  • The product is working as described on the product page

4. License, API, and Service Access

If a refund is approved, DevPSOFT may immediately suspend or deactivate the license, API access, update access, dashboard access, support access, and hosted services connected to the refunded order.

5. No Guarantee of Results

DevPSOFT does not guarantee sales, ROAS, campaign performance, ad account approval, tracking acceptance by third-party platforms, courier delivery success, fraud detection accuracy, business revenue, or profit. Refunds will not be approved based on business results or advertising performance.

6. Abuse and Fraud

Refunds will not be approved for license abuse, API abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, nulled/cracked distribution, rebranding, misleading use, or violation of our Terms of Service and License Terms.

To request a refund, contact DevPSOFT with your order email, license key, website URL, issue details, screenshots, and error logs.
